I contacted Mark to replace my old (original garage door) and he stopped by that very afternoon. He inspected my door, showed me my options for both a new door and opener and I ordered what I wanted on the spot. In about 2 weeks he contacted me to set up an appointment for the install. He worked around my work schedule and arrived at our appointed date and time. Mark worked alone and efficiently to remove the old door and install the new door and opener. He replaced a bad spring on a 2nd door then took the time to go over the operation for the door and outside keypad.
